URBAN TOOL LAUNCHES IN NORTH AMERICA AS AN EYE-CATCHING STAR OF THE 49TH ANNUAL GRAMMY® AWARDS GIFT BAG

URBAN TOOL’s new distribution partner in North America will launch the brand in collaboration with Distinctive Assets, a Los Angeles based entertainment marketing company. The URBAN TOOL “sportHolster,” a functional and trendsetting sport accessory, will be offered as an outstanding item in the official GRAMMY® Awards Gift Bag.

“The GRAMMY gifts have always been some of the best in the industry,” says Lash Fary, CEO of Distinctive Assets. “We always strive to make the gifts both fun and functional, and this year we won’t disappoint.”

The GRAMMY Awards ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS on February 11, 2007 at 8pm ET/PT. The show — which will feature performances from some of the music industry’s most important artists — will originate live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles.
